The Only Smoked Salmon Omelette You Will Ever Eat

A breakfast delight, easy to make, and an omelette you will never forget.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes


  • 3 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 oz Smoke Salmon
  • 1/8 cup Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Dill, Fresh and chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Ghee Butter


  • Mix in a bowl 3 Eggs and add a pinch of salt.
  • Heat on high heat the ghee butter, then add the eggs.
  • Move the eggs around with a spatula and turn the heat down to medium. Once the eggs are set add the Smoke Salmon, Red Onion, Dill, and Cream Cheese. Flip the omelette and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Move to the plate and garnish with fresh dill.


  • 1 10-inch nonstick omelet pan


A tip for making the perfect omelet is to move the pan on and off the heat when you are moving the eggs around. This prevents the omelet from turning brown.
