Ingredients
3Eggs
Pinch of Salt
2ozSmoke Salmon
1/8cup Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
2tbspDill, Fresh and chopped finely
2tbspCream Cheese
2tbspGhee Butter
Instructions
Mix in a bowl 3 Eggs and add a pinch of salt.
Heat on high heat the ghee butter, then add the eggs.
Move the eggs around with a spatula and turn the heat down to medium. Once the eggs are set add the Smoke Salmon, Red Onion, Dill, and Cream Cheese. Flip the omelette and cook for 1 more minute.
Move to the plate and garnish with fresh dill.

Notes
A tip for making the perfect omelet is to move the pan on and off the heat when you are moving the eggs around. This prevents the omelet from turning brown.
