Kitchen Crafted Homemade Granola

Healthy homemade granola can be used all through the week. It is a quick recipe that has a variety of nuts but a sweet taste of vanilla and honey.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes


  • 2 Cups Old Fashion Oats, Do Not Use Quick Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 3 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/8 cup Cup Crushed Almonds
  • 1/8 Cup Crushed Walnuts
  • 1/8 Cup Crushed Pecans
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Shredded Coconut Flakes


  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Mix oats, nuts/seeds, honey, vanilla bean paste, shredded coconut, and coconut oil
  • Next, spread evenly over the parchment paper and press down with a spatula.
  • Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and check to see if the edges are golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely for about 15 minutes and then break apart and use on your favorite yogurt or eat it as a snack.
  • Store in an airtight container.


  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Medium Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Sheet Parchment Paper


If you do not have vanilla bean paste then substitute for vanilla extract. The measurements are the same.
You can use any nuts or seeds.
