Kitchen Crafted Homemade Granola
Healthy homemade granola can be used all through the week. It is a quick recipe that has a variety of nuts but a sweet taste of vanilla and honey.

Old Fashion Oats

Do Not Use Quick Oats

Honey

Vanilla Bean Paste

Coconut Oil melted

Crushed Almonds

Cup
Crushed Walnuts

Crushed Pecans

Sunflower Seeds

Shredded Coconut Flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix oats, nuts/seeds, honey, vanilla bean paste, shredded coconut, and coconut oil
Next, spread evenly over the parchment paper and press down with a spatula.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and check to see if the edges are golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely for about 15 minutes and then break apart and use on your favorite yogurt or eat it as a snack.
Store in an airtight container.

Notes
If you do not have vanilla bean paste then substitute for vanilla extract. The measurements are the same.
You can use any nuts or seeds.
