Kitchen Crafted Homemade Granola
Healthy homemade granola can be used all through the week. It is a quick recipe that has a variety of nuts but a sweet taste of vanilla and honey.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Old Fashion Oats, Do Not Use Quick Oats
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 3 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
- 1/8 cup Cup Crushed Almonds
- 1/8 Cup Crushed Walnuts
- 1/8 Cup Crushed Pecans
- 3 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 3 tbsp Shredded Coconut Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix oats, nuts/seeds, honey, vanilla bean paste, shredded coconut, and coconut oil
- Next, spread evenly over the parchment paper and press down with a spatula.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and check to see if the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely for about 15 minutes and then break apart and use on your favorite yogurt or eat it as a snack.
- Store in an airtight container.

- 1 Baking Sheet
- 1 Medium Mixing Bowl
- 1 Sheet Parchment Paper
Notes
If you do not have vanilla bean paste then substitute for vanilla extract. The measurements are the same.
You can use any nuts or seeds.
