Seared Tuna With Jalepeno Soy Garlic Ginger Sauce
Juicy seared tuna steak with a flavorful spicy jalapeno soy garlic ginger sauce.
Ingredients
- 2-4 Fresh Tuna Steaks
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Cilantro, handful of cilantro
- 1 Jalepeno, chopped fine
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger , finely chopped
- 1 Lime, squeezed
- 2 TBS Soy Sauce
- 1 Pinch of Sugar
- 1 Garlic clove, chopped finely
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cilantro, jalapeno, ginger, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir the ingredients together until. blended.
- Place on grill over medium-high heat rub olive oil on the tuna and season with salt and pepper.
- Next, lay down the tuna on the grill and sear for 2 minutes on each side to form a slight crust. You can cook longer if you want the tuna steak to be well done.
- Pour the cilantro mixture over the fish. Serve the seared tuna with the sliced avocados and side of a green salad.
