Ingredients
2-4Fresh Tuna Steaks
1Bunch of Fresh Cilantro, handful of cilantro
1Jalepeno, chopped fine
1tspFresh Ginger , finely chopped
1Lime, squeezed
2TBSSoy Sauce
1Pinch of Sugar
1Garlic clove, chopped finely
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cilantro, jalapeno, ginger, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir the ingredients together until. blended.
Place on grill over medium-high heat rub olive oil on the tuna and season with salt and pepper.
Next, lay down the tuna on the grill and sear for 2 minutes on each side to form a slight crust. You can cook longer if you want the tuna steak to be well done.
Pour the cilantro mixture over the fish. Serve the seared tuna with the sliced avocados and side of a green salad.
