Ingredients
1BoxElbow or Shell Pasta
4CupsWater
3tbspbutter
2tspsalt
1 PackageShredded Cheddar Cheese, about 2 cups
1CupHeavy Cream
Instructions
In the instant pot, pour in the box of pasta and add in the water, butter and salt.
Set the instant pot to 4 minutes to cook, then manually release pressure(quick release).
Remove the lid carefully, and add in slowly the cream and the whole package of shredded cheddar cheese.
Switch the instant pot to a sautee function and cook for about 1 minute or until the sauce becomes thicker.

Substitutes: evaporated milk or whole milk.Adding any type of cheese would work, you need 2 cups of cheese for the recipe.
