My Dad always made the best hollandaise sauce. Over the years, we have all tried to recreate his version. I have tweaked his recipe to be healthier and this hollandaise is a no-cook, quick, and easy sauce you must try.

Ingredients
1/2CupMayonnaise , I use avocado mayonnaise for a healthy option
1/2CupLight Sour Cream
1/2 CupGreek Yogurt
2tspDjon Mustard
1tspTumeric (ground), Add more if you prefer a darker color and taste
11/2Lemon Squeezed
1/2tspSalt (Kosher)
1/4tspBlack Pepper
2tbspButter melted
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
