Baked crispy tofu with a sweet honey and sriracha glaze. Serve this for a quick healthy dinner over brown rice and a side of fresh steamed broccoli.

Ingredients
1PackageFirm Tofu
1.5tbspCornstarch (divided)
1tspSalt
1/4tspBlack Pepper
Cooking Spray
1/4CupSoy Sauce
1 tbspHoney
2tbspSriracha Sauce
1Scallion Chopped for Garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the block of firm tofu in the tofu press. Keep pressed for about 10-15 minutes until drained. See the note below if you do not have a tofu press.
Next, slice the tofu into 1-inch cubes and add to a ziplock bag with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Gently shake the bag, place it on a lightly sprayed baking sheet evenly and do not touch other pieces.
Then, bake the tofu for 15 minutes and then flip the tofu and bake for 15 minutes more.
Together, whisk in small bowl the soy sauce, sriracha, honey and 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch pour over the baked tofu.
Then, warm the sauce on the stove until evenly coated.

1 Tofu Press, You can use a heavy lid from a pot.
Notes
If you don't have a tofu press, then use a heavy lid or cutting board and apply pressure for about 15 minutes.
