Ingredients
4PiecesSalmon , Any size, I use 6oz size pieces of Salmon
DrizzleExtra Virgin Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. Turn the grill to high and preheat for 10 minutes.
2. Lay out the large aluminum foil on the counter, drizzle the extra virgin olive oil, and lightly coat the foil.
3. Next, arrange the salmon on the foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Turn the grill down to medium heat and lay the aluminum foil wit the salmon directly on the grill.
5. Cook for 17 minutes and remove to a plate.
6. Serve with a salad or rice and vegetables.
